How to Play
The basics
BounceNet is like volleyball, but with a wearable trampoline. So, basically, it's like nothing you've ever played.
BounceNet can be played with two, four, or six people, and it can be as casual or
competitive as you want.
Play it in the backyard, take it to the beach, pull it out between classes or at a tailgate. BounceNet can (and should?) be played almost anywhere!
BounceNet brings people together because it's simple, fun, and requires virtually no setup.
Join the BounceNet community and share your experiences with us on social media. We can't wait to see how you play!
Other ways to play
-
P.E. lesson plans
Check out our P.E. curriculum and get your whole class bouncing. Teach movement and teamwork, and adapt it easily for various ability levels.
-
Inside out
Add a player to each team outside the court; in between each touch by a player inside the court, they must pass to the teammate outside the court—otherwise play as usual.
-
Relay race
Spread out teams of four to six players in lines across the floor. See which team can pass the ball to all teammates down and back without letting it drop. Fastest team wins.
-
Supreme Court
Snap multiple sets of lines together at the buckles to create one huge court (for large groups of players).
-
To the moon
Take your game to new heights and play with super high bounces only. See how long you can sustain a rally! Pro tip: use your legs for more power.
-
Trick shots
Think outside the box and hit a shot no one's ever tried! Then share it with the world on social media.
-
Wall ball
Players take turns hitting the ball off a wall or pitched roof. Alternate hits and score when your opponent lets the ball hit the ground.
-
Knockout
Two single file lines of players face each other on either side of a net. The first player in line hits the ball over the net and runs to the back of the opposing line. Any player who can't return the ball is out. Continue until only one player is left.

Create your own game
Flex those creative muscles and make up your own game. The one rule—it has to be fun!
